Roundup: Chelsea Boots

Chelsea boots are everywhere this season, and I couldn't be happier. I'm a fan of anything that reminds me of the mod 60's, and these boots sure do. I can't wait to snag a pair and wear them with skinny jeans or flirty skirts and tights.
